Limitation of Liability
HollywoodLitSales.com, Inc. will not be held liable for indirect, special or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits or data) arising in connection with products or services covered by this Agreement, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Futher, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement, and the products and services will not exceed the total cost of the products and services minus applicable credt card return fees and shipping costs stated in our return policy and shipping policy.
Taxes
No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of downloads, seminars, courses or Script Services. Only shipped items are taxed.
In accordance with applicable state law, we are required to charge sales tax to shipments within California where Hollywoodlitsales.com Inc. does business. Sales tax is applied to the total order amount, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Payments
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express/Optima credit cards. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars drawn against a US bank and all cashiers checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank.
Price-Beating Guarantee
We'll beat ANY advertised price by ANY authorized dealer. And, if you find a lower price within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund you 110% of the difference! You can't lose with Hollywoodlitsales.com.
If you see a lower price, provide us written verification of the lower price, plus your original receipt to claim your refund. Does not apply to trade shows, bonuses or free offers.
Software Tech Support
Many, if not most questions can be answered by reading the manual that came with the product. If by reading the manual, you still haven't received an answer to your question, you should contact the manufacturer of the software. Sorry, but Hollywoodlitsales.com does not offer tech support.
Return Policy
Most products have a 90 day money back guarantee unless stated otherwise. Try any product, and if you are not completely satisfied, return it within 90 days from the date of purchase, and we will refund your entire purchase price minus shipping and a 3 ½% credit card return fee if you purchased with a credit card.
The thing is here that in order to keep the prices down, we are discouraging looky loos. Make sure that you know what you are ordering. Read the website carefully. If you still don't understand what you are getting, e-mail us and you should have an answer within 24 hours not including Sundays.
Exceptions To The Above:
- DVDs and Audiotapes
- These products can be returned opened within 90 days for replacements but only due to damage or unplayable conditions from the manufacturer. We will NOT issue a refund after you open the package, simply because you didn't like it.
- Software

90 Day return policy but the software must be in the original condition that it came in and must not be damaged by you in any way. The product must include the product key codes and everything that came in the box including the manual.
- You must include all the documentation that originally came with the software (i.e. warranty cards, disks, manuals) and packaging materials. If any of these accompanying materials are damaged, written in, if the spine/bindings are damaged in any way, a restocking charge of 25% will be deducted from any refund.
- Copy-protected software must be de-installed and all manufacturer supplied installs must be present to receive a refund (see product documentation or call the manufacturer for instructions).
Software must be completely uninstalled from your computer. If you have registered the program, you will be required to contact the manufacturer to unregister the software.
Defective software will be replaced with the exact same software product. We also will not take the return of OEM software missing Key Codes located on the outside of the sleeve. Key Codes are checked on every item before shipment.
Hollywoodlitsales.com, Inc. reserves the right to deny the return of any product we deem tampered with at our discretion.
Bulk returns are not allowed. Bulk orders are any order over 15 units. Please be sure you want all of the software you order.
These return policies are industry standard for all software and media products.
Packaging and Shipping your Return:
- Enclose the original sales receipt with a stated reason for the return.
- Pack your return items securely in the box they arrived in, or another box, which will insure that the items are returned to us undamaged.
- Use a trackable and insured method of return shipping.

- 3 Day Select Shipping
- Arrives 3 business days from shipping date anywhere in the continental United States
- 2nd Day Air Shipping
- Arrives 2 business days from shipping date anywhere in the continental United States
- Orders are processed each night and usually shipped the next business day.
- Cost and delivery time depend on product weight and destination.
- Shipping is via UPS within USA and Air Mail to other countries.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Shipping charges are based on weight beginning at $4.95 for domestic orders with standard shipping.
- Foreign orders begin at $9.95 and are based both on weight and country of destination.
- You will be able to see your exact shipping charges during the purchasing process before you confirm your order.
For overseas orders, any extra fees, tariffs or taxes are your responsibility to pay, not ours. If for some reason we do get billed, we reserve the right to charge the party responsible for payment of the order should this occur. All documentation supporting these charges will be mailed to you via e-mail as a PDF file.
